We help turn shared travel ideas into thoughtfully planned, unforgettable group trips, without the stress that usually comes with organising.

Trips are delivered through trusted, world-class small-group tour operators, while we guide the planning, coordination, and setup — so you can focus on your people, not the admin.

Ancient Wall Tour

Designed for Groups & Communities

This service is for people who want to bring others together through travel, without taking on the pressure of organising it alone.

It’s a great fit if you’re part of:

  • a workplace or team thinking about a shared challenge or incentive

  • a club or organised community (sports, fitness, run clubs, etc.)

  • a charity or fundraising group

  • a faith or church group

  • an education or alumni network (universities, postgraduate groups, student societies)

  • a friendship group exploring a meaningful trip together

Whether you’re simply testing the idea or starting to plan in more detail, we help you shape the trip from the very beginning.

Why Work With Us

We’re Elle and Ben, and we’ve spent the last couple of years travelling full-time — experiencing destinations, cultures, and group travel in all its forms.

Along the way, we’ve learned what really makes a group trip work: clear planning, the right pace, and feeling supported at every stage — especially for the person organising it.

We’re fully licensed travel agents, which means your group’s booking is handled professionally, with the appropriate protections in place, and with access to established, trusted small-group tour partners worldwide.

We’re here to guide you, answer questions, and make the process feel manageable — whether this is your first time organising a group trip or your fifth.

How it works

Organising a group trip can feel like a big undertaking — so we keep the process simple and supportive from the very start.

1. Start with a conversation

We’ll chat about your group, your ideas, and what you’re hoping to get from the trip. This can be as early-stage or as detailed as you like — many groups come to us with just a rough idea.

2. Shape the right trip

We help you explore destinations and itineraries that suit your group, then match you with a well-run trip delivered through trusted small-group tour operators.

3. Open bookings to your group

Once the trip is agreed, we help set everything up so individuals can book and pay directly. This keeps things simple and avoids awkward admin for the organiser.

4. Support before departure

We’re on hand to help with questions, preparation, and expectations in the lead-up to the trip, so everyone feels informed and confident.

Throughout the process, we’re here to guide and support you — making sure the trip feels exciting, well-organised, and manageable from start to finish. There's no fee for our support, you don't pay anything extra for our help, instead we earn a commission from our travel partners meaning you get a personalised advice and planning service at no additional cost.
